Production Times

Because our products are printed on demand, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. This is separate from delivery time.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates provided by our fulfilment partner and aren't guaranteed, particularly during busy periods (e.g. Christmas) or due to circumstances outside our control, such as customs delays, courier disruptions, or extreme weather.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Customs and Import Duties (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside the UK, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your destination country. These are outside our control and are the customer's responsibility.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we're unable to redirect orders once they've entered production. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, reshipping costs may apply.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Damaged Parcels
